Our Session Fees

• Individual Therapy: $170 per 50-minute session

• Session with Clinic Director (Marinela Trickett, RP, MACP): $180 per session

• Reduced Rate Counselling (with a supervised intern): $100 per session

• Sliding Scale: Limited spots are available based on financial need. Please contact us for details.

Using Your Insurance

Our services are provided by Registered Psychotherapists and are typically covered under most extended health insurance plans. We offer direct billing where applicable and recommend confirming your coverage for "Psychotherapy" or "Counselling" with your provider.

Good to Know: Therapy is Tax-Deductible

Counselling and psychotherapy services are recognized as eligible medical expenses by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), meaning you may be able to claim them on your taxes.

GST/HST Exemption

As of June 2024, psychotherapy and counselling services are exempt from GST/HST across Canada, making care more affordable. We have updated our billing practices accordingly.
